Journal of Artha Biological Engineering is a journal published by Artha GenetikaLab Indonesia. The publication frequency of this journal is twice a year in April and October. The Journal of Artha Biological Engineering accepts manuscripts in the form of original research, reviews and short communications. The scope of this journal is to publish original research papers, research notes, and reviews in the field of Biological Engineering widely and without publication fee. As such, high quality research papers or reviews dealing with any aspect of Bioological Engineering are most welcome. Papers that are theoretical, interpretive or experimental. All articles are Open Access and immediately available online free of charge to read, distribute and/or reuse. Expert reviewers will evaluate articles submitted to the journal. While the goal of the peer review process is to ensure high quality science, the peer reviewer does not make the final decision to accept or reject a paper for publication. Decision-making authority is only in the editor of the journal and the editorial board of the journal. The journal decision-making process includes the following steps:
- Registration on the Journal website by the correspondence author and granting full affiliation of all authors. Submission of articles in a predetermined format.
Once a paper has been submitted to the journal, the Journal editor and/or members of the editorial board will screen the manuscript and decide whether or not to submit it for full peer review. At this stage the article can also be returned to the author for reformatting or other corrections to meet the minimum requirements of the Journal.
After completing the initial screening up to three peer reviewers are allocated to review the manuscript. Editors or members of the editorial board can also review manuscripts.- Peer review is a double-blind process, meaning the identities of the reviewer and author are hidden during the review process
